Job Description:
Maternal Health Access and Quality Program Manager oversees the daily operations of the MA Dept of Public Health Maternal Care Access and Expand Delivery Models Grant (Maternal Access) and the Health Policy Commission Hypertensive disorders Equitable Addressed with Remote Technology for Birthing People (HEART-BP) Grant. Essential Functions
Workforce Development Strategy: Work with Human Resources to deploy robust recruitment efforts to attract a diverse maternal health workforce that will provide staffing coverage aligned with the growing number and diversity of individuals served.
Evaluate programs for sustainability.
Identifies strategies for growth and executes plans to achieve growth goals.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
Minimum Work Experience
Experience with quality Improvement (QI) process, population health, and management of multisector clinical community initiatives preferred
Required Skills
Ability to build and lead cohesive team(s)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); and
