Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Nurse Manager or designee, the Graduate Nurse functions as a professional participant in the health care team who provides direct and indirect care to patients, families, and significant others utilizing the nursing process in accordance with the philosophy and goals and objectives of Nursing Service.
The graduate nurse position will encompass a rigorous orientation for up to 10 weeks under a precepted model. The applicant must have completed all didactic work for their RN and be eligible to take the MA license examination.
