Essential Functions

• Opens daily Accounting mail, and distributes to the appropriate person
• Downloads GL activity for assigned accounts and reconciles transactions as assigned
• ICT Accounts Reconciliation
• Assists with month end and routine tasks as assigned
• Provides coverage for other employees during vacations/leaves
• If needed, assists with month and year-end manual accruals
• Maintains various excel spreadsheets to assist accounting and reimbursement departments
• Set up and maintain Outstanding Checks files
• Keeps the Director of Finance informed on the status of the jobs assigned.
• Supports Finance staff as needed and assigned

• High School diploma.

Required Skills

• Must be versatile, and have a fairly high level of telephone and face to face verbal and listening skills in order to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and outside agencies.
