Job Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator of Operations supports the Senior Director of Facilities, the Director of Food Services, Environmental Services and Manager of Security. In addition to supporting the leadership of operations, other duties may include setting up meetings, taking minutes, answering phones, managing calendars, hosting Environment of Care rounds for the Hospital, managing regulatory reporting, and maintaining proper files.
