Essential Functions
- Oversees all aspects of the School Based Services located within five school districts (10 school sites / 2 NPs)
- Represents the program at various community meetings and keeps stakeholders informed of project progress and expansion.
- Prioritized project goals, object and performance standards for all sub-projects, ensures their consistency with the desired outcomes.
- Collects data and submits reports to Funders, working closely with Mary Giannetti, Resource Director.
- Implements program activities in coordination with program staff and convenes regular staff meetings.
- Supervises all school based staff, conducts staff supervisions, provides coaching, performance management, staff development, staff evaluations, and assesses staff training needs. Provides operational guidance to Clinical Supervisor and NPs. Responsible for hiring and training new employees. Recommends improvements to increase program efficiency and effectiveness. Works collaboratively with the team to coordinate the delivery of appropriate acute care, behavioral health and support services. Regularly attend staff meetings, clinical team meetings, team meetings and supervision and all other required meetings.
