Physical Requirements:
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Frequently reaches (extending hands and arms in any direction), and handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or working with hands).

Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required
Current Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing required
Experience providing clinical behavioral health services to adults required
Experience working with bariatric surgery patients, weight management programs, or medical populations preferred
Familiarity with integrated care or hospital-based settings preferred
Experience facilitating groups or psychoeducational programming preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication skills required
